Some news we are proud to share: Synchro Social has been shortlisted for Best Social Media Agency of the Year at the European Agency Awards 2026.
For a team that spends every day building audiences for other people, it feels special to step into the spotlight ourselves for a moment. This shortlist recognizes not just one campaign or one client win, but the full body of work our team has produced together, and the way we have chosen to build this agency from day one.
Here is a look at who we are, the work behind the nomination, and what being shortlisted means to us.

Who We Are
Synchro Social is a social media agency founded in London, now headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and operating with clients across the globe. In simple terms, we help influential people reach the audiences they deserve. We build the content systems, creative direction, and production infrastructure that turn a leader’s ideas into movements.
Our clients are high-profile coaches, authors, doctors, and thought leaders, each with a very different but equally important mission. For them, we have grown over 8 million followers and generated over 1 billion content views. More importantly, that reach converts: our campaigns have sold out live events, driven record enrollments in online programs, and established our clients as recognized authorities in their fields.
We are a team of 13: a head of operations, six content and community managers, four video editors, a graphic designer, and founder and CEO Kasper Hytonen. Together we currently serve more than 25 active clients across industries.
What sets us apart is our operating philosophy: AI-First, Human-True. We use AI as an amplifier of authentic human voice, never a replacement for it. That approach lets us scale output and consistency across a large client roster without diluting the individuality that makes each leader’s content resonate. Every system we build exists to protect one thing: the real voice of the person on camera.
The Work Behind the Nomination
Our entry for Best Social Media Agency of the Year centred on the results our content architecture delivers when it is applied consistently over time. Three client stories anchor the case.
Danny Morel and The Higher Self
For transformational coach Danny Morel, we built a full content operation spanning strategy, scripting, production, and distribution. That engine grew his presence to over 3.5 million followers and powered The Higher Self podcast to the number one spirituality podcast ranking in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and South Africa.
Baya Voce
When relationship expert Baya Voce came to us, she had roughly 6,000 followers. We took over her full content production across platforms, from voice profiling and scripting through video production, editing, and publishing. In under twelve months, her audience grew to more than 350,000 followers, and her content became a consistent driver of her business.
Doug Cartwright
Some of the work we are most proud of goes beyond growth metrics. When our client Doug Cartwright was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma and given 18 months to live, we became the content and strategy engine behind his public fundraising campaign toward a $1 million goal for trial treatments. Through fully organic content across his social media and podcast, the campaign generated over 600,000 impressions in its first three weeks and has raised over $300,000 across more than 1,100 individual donations. It is the clearest example of what we believe social media is for: real reach in service of a real human life.
These are not one-off viral moments. They are the product of a repeatable content architecture: deep voice profiling so every piece sounds like the client, structured creative frameworks for hooks and storytelling, and a production pipeline that turns a single filming day into weeks of platform-native content.

What Being Shortlisted Means to Us
Entering the European Agency Awards was a milestone in itself. The application asked us to put our philosophy, our numbers, and our client outcomes on paper and measure them against the best agencies in Europe. Making the shortlist tells us that the way we have chosen to work, AI-First and Human-True, stands up at the highest level of the industry.
“We started Synchro Social with a simple belief: the people doing the most important work in the world deserve the biggest audiences. Being shortlisted for Best Social Media Agency of the Year is proof that a small, focused team with the right systems can compete with anyone. I am most proud that this recognition belongs to the whole team, because every follower grown and every view generated came from their craft.”
Kasper Hytonen, Founder and CEO, Synchro Social
“Putting the entry together made us step back and look at everything we have built for our clients over the past year. Seeing it all in one place, and then seeing the judges recognize it, means a lot. This team cares deeply about the people we work with, and it shows in the work.”
Sidney Laruel, Synchro Social
For our clients, this shortlist is a signal that the results they experience are not luck. For our team, it is fuel. And for the wider industry, we hope it makes the case that AI and authenticity are not opposites. Used with intention, one strengthens the other.
What’s Next
We will be following the European Agency Awards through to the ceremony, and win or not, the mission stays the same: keep building the systems that help influential people reach the audiences they deserve.
Thank you to the European Agency Awards for the recognition, to our clients for trusting us with their voices, and to the Synchro Social team for making this possible.
