NEED ADVICE?
If you need further help or advice, please contact the team awards@dontpanicprojects.com or call +44 (0) 1706 828 855.
HOW SHOULD BUDGET INFORMATION BE PROVIDED?
Judges prefer to see real numbers in relation to budget and results, however percentage figures will be accepted.
We understand that sharing full budget information may not always be feasible due to client confidentiality however we can share a confidentiality document if needed, please email awards@dontpanicprojects.com for this document.
If you cannot provide exact figures you can use budget brackets for example ‘Up to 20K’ or ‘20K to 50K’ as an alternative. For judges, this approach is preferred to percentage submissions as it helps make a more accurate assessment.

To claim your offer all 4 entries must be submitted in one session and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
WHAT SUPPORTING MATERIALS CAN I PROVIDE?

-client testimonials
-images, infographics and screen grabs
All materials must be provided in word, PDF or JPEG formats. Zip files and videos themselves cannot be accepted.
AM I A SMALL OR LARGE CATEGORY ENTRANT?
Large and small is based on the number of overall employees in the agency/company who is submitting the entry, and not the number of employees in the team.
Small: Companies and agencies with up to 25 employees
Large: Companies and agencies with 26 and over employees
The Award categories are separated in this way to ensure that the competition is fair and companies and agencies have equal chance of succeeding.
