Download the entry form for full details on the judging criteria, scoring breakdown, and guidance on supporting documents and formats. Complete the form with all relevant information and attachments, then submit it as a Word or PDF file.

Register via Portal

Upload your form and supporting documents using the secure online portal by completing your company profile and details. Make your entry payment (see pricing below) and your final submissions will be handed to a judging panel.

The Rules

All entries must not exceed 1000 words. The 1000-word limit applies exclusively to the judging criteria/question sections of the submission. (e.g. Objectives & budget, Target audience & strategy, Implementation & creativity). The Company Description and all supporting documents (e.g. Infographics, links, testimonials) are excluded from this count.
When creating a title for your entry, please structure your title in the following format: “Agency Name & Client Name – Campaign/Product/Tool/Website Name” or just “Company/Team Name” for agency/team awards.
Entries should relate to work undertaken between February 2025 - June2026.
Please ensure you fill out a separate Word/PDF document entry form for each submission. For example, if you submit five entries, you will need to complete five individual entry forms, making sure to tick the correct category and upload these separately on submission.
If you are loading the same entry into a different category, you will need to edit your form and details accordingly and make sure the correct category is ticked. If the correct category is not ticked, your entry may be classed as void and therefore not judged.
Entry questions are dependent on your chosen category, please take care when filling out each entry form. If your entry form does not match your online submission and category selection, your entry may be classed as a duplication error and may not be judged.
Entry forms can be designed to your company branding, as long as they contain the original questions and headings in the correct order in which judges mark them.

Entry Fees

Super Early Bird Entry Fee: £215

Entries for the Super Early Bird Deadline must be submitted by Thursday, 23 April 2026.

Early Bird Entry Fee: £270

Entries for the Early Bird Deadline must be submitted by Thursday, 14 May 2026.

Final Deadline Fee: £345

Entries for the Final Deadline must be submitted by Thursday, 4 June 2026.

Late entries may be accepted following the Final Deadline at our discretion, subject to agreement on a revised submission date with your sales representative. An additional £20 late fee per entry will apply.

All entries are subject to VAT if applicable.

Exclusive Multiple Entry Saving – Enter three entries and receive one additional free entry. Submit all four entries in one session, and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

File Uploads

Individual files must not exceed 2MB. When creating your online profile, ensure your logo is of high quality as this will be used for marketing purposes. Entry forms will only be accepted as a PDF or Word Document.


Supporting documents can be provided in Word, PDF, or JPEG format. Zip files and videos cannot be accepted; however, you can include links to online files.

Confidentiality

All material will remain confidential to the judges. All judging discussions are confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the judging panel. Judges securely delete all judging materials immediately after the judging period. Judges only access entries they have been allocated to score.
