This year marked an important milestone for MONSOON as we celebrated our 5th anniversary. To date, we have partnered with ambitious companies across 20 countries and five continents, spanning a wide range of industries and business sizes. We built a team of experienced specialists who share our values and embrace a mindset of continuous learning. To support our agency’s rapid growth, we introduced a structured leadership program last year. This initiative involved promoting talented individuals, providing mentorship, offering training in soft skills, and delivering consistent guidance. Over the past year, these leaders have excelled in their roles, playing a pivotal part in advancing our mission and driving growth.

The Winning Campaign – MONSOON x SunRoof
Over the years, we have worked closely with SunRoof to establish their brand as a market leader, especially in challenging and competitive sectors. The SunRoof campaign that brought home two awards was an ambitious effort focused on growth within the Polish market. The primary goal? Increase incoming leads in Q2 of 2024 and reduce the cost-per-lead. This was no mean feat, given the complexities of a declining market and intensifying competition. Nevertheless, with a mix of our expertise, creative storytelling, and customer-focused approach, we could not only meet our objectives but exceed them.
Crafting the Strategy: Messaging and Creative Execution
Our team crafted a unique approach to differentiate SunRoof from competing solar solutions. Using Google and Meta advertising networks, we launched high-impact ads highlighting SunRoof’s combination of quality and affordability. We aimed to educate customers about the benefits of solar roofs over traditional panels, presenting SunRoof as an option accessible to all.
On Google, our approach included a range of campaigns such as Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube to drive traffic and conversions. On Meta, we implemented a funnel-based strategy, starting with awareness and moving to conversion-focused ads – plus remarketing tactics to re-engage interested users.
SunRoof also collaborated with well-known Polish TV personality and activist Martyna Wojciechowska, who is associated with the UNAWEZA Foundation, to bolster brand awareness. By sponsoring the roof of a new UNAWEZA facility, SunRoof received significant public appreciation and positioned itself as a community-minded brand.
Results and Achievements
Our strategic approach drove remarkable improvements, achieving a notable increase in lead volume and substantial year-over-year growth, all within the same media budget. Enhanced lead quality significantly boosted conversion rates, sales performance, and cash flow, setting new records in key markets.
This campaign became a winning formula that exceeded SunRoof’s business goals. It also strengthened SunRoof’s position for investor interest, demonstrating that Poland remains a profitable market even in the face of economic challenges.

We are incredibly proud of the 14 awards we earned in 2024. Being officially recognized as the best in our field is an amazing feeling. However, we’re not resting on our laurels. This recognition motivates us to aim even higher and continue pushing boundaries.
